Brady Lendewig

Relationships are my passion, and it is my purpose to help my clients to heal and improve their relationships with themselves and others. I have pursued this mission throughout my adult life, from my undergraduate work as a social worker to my three years working as a high school teacher, and now as a marriage and family therapist trainee with Insights Counseling Group. I have experience working with children and teens, adults, couples, and families, incarcerated persons, people without homes or in low-income housing, and in integrating Catholic/Christian spirituality into therapy.
I strive to identify in each person the inherent goodness, beauty, and truth which is the source of all human freedom, whether from anxiety, depression, addiction, abuse, or estrangement. The capacity for healing and growth is inherent in each person, no matter their hurt. I will help you to find your strength to heal.

I received my B.A. In Social Work from CSU Sacramento in 2019, and will graduate from Divine Mercy University with my M.S. in Counseling in December of 2025.
