Insights Counseling Group offers various support groups. Group therapy can be helpful as a supplement to individual therapy, or on its own. See below for our current and upcoming groups.
Imprint Teens - Art Group
Join us for food, fun, and creativity! Imprint Teen Art Group is an 8 week group that focuses on connecting through art, building life skills, and fostering mental wellness.
Teens will learn coping skills to deal with depression, anxiety, bullying, and other social issues.
Who: All teens, ages 13 – 17
Where: At our Roseville location: 720 Sunrise Ave, Suite 200C, Roseville, CA

Unwind - Art Group for Moms
This is a mom art group that focuses on relaxation, great conversations about motherhood, and helping mothers cope with every struggle. This group is a great opportunity for mothers to connect with other mothers and give them an opportunity to “take a break”!

Cost: $25 per group session (Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal accepted. Also, ask about our First Five grant!)
