Cassandra Harrison

My goal as a therapist is to empower clients to find freedom from the past and create a more meaningful future. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that centers on resilience, hope, and personal capability. I work with individuals, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community to support them in living their most authentic and fulfilling lives. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they embrace their strengths and move toward positive, lasting change.
Before becoming an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I worked in Early Childhood Education—a background that continues to inform my work. I especially enjoy working with children and their parents, drawing from Family Systems Theory to understand the family as the foundation of each person’s lived reality. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based modalities, tailoring each therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of every client.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, where I find peace and fulfillment through nature’s beauty. I’m especially passionate about stand-up paddleboarding and working with animals of all sizes. I look forward to supporting you on your journey and helping you achieve your personal goals in therapy.
