Kaitlyn Weiman

AMFT

I approach therapy through a humanistic and person-centered lens, prioritizing what each client brings into the room. My goal is to facilitate growth, self-actualization, and deeper internal dialogue by creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
I enjoy helping clients question the status quo of their current approaches to life, exploring how their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns serve them, or hold them back. Together, we can navigate these insights to uncover new perspectives, healthier coping strategies, and a more authentic way of being.
I work with couples, families, teens, and adults. In my work with couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman techniques to bring suppressed emotions to the surface, strengthen communication, and foster understanding and cohesion in relationships.
At the core of my approach is the belief that individuals can explore their true self-worth and values, leading wholehearted lives while deepening their connection with their inner selves. Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative journey where curiosity, honesty, and self-exploration lead to meaningful change. Outside of the therapy office, I find joy in road trips, baking, yoga, and everything the mountains have to offer.
My educational background:
Bachelors degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University
Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from William Jessup University.
