It is my purpose to serve my clients in their journey of healing. I have pursued this mission throughout my adult life, in my undergraduate work as a social worker, my formation for Church ministry, pursuit of monastic life, and currently as a high school teacher and a counseling trainee with Insights Counseling Group. I have experience working with children and teens, incarcerated individuals, people without homes or in low-income housing, and with integration of Catholic/Christian spirituality into therapy.

 

I strive to identify in each person the inherent goodness, beauty, and truth which is the source of all human freedom, whether from anxiety, addiction, abuse, or unhealthy relationships with self or others. You bring with you the capacity for healing and growth, and I will meet you here.
