Seeking support when you are deeply struggling takes tremendous courage. It is like knocking
on the door of hope, believing that healing is still possible. As a counselor, I consider it a
privilege to walk alongside people with compassion, respect, and genuine care.
You may have been hurt in relationships and find it difficult to trust others. If so, I want you to
know that those feelings are understandable. Choosing to trust a counselor can be the first step
toward healing those wounds.
After raising three children and entering a new season of life, I chose to pursue the work I had
long felt called to do—helping individuals, couples, and families find healing, hope, and
renewed purpose.
I believe that no matter how severe a person’s symptoms or mental health challenges may be,
their human dignity remains intact, and every person has the capacity for healing and growth. I
have a special interest in childhood trauma and the lasting impact it can have on adult life and
relationships.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based therapies
such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inner Child work, and Imago Relationship Therapy. I tailor each
approach to meet the unique needs of every client, supporting them on their journey toward
healing, resilience, and healthier relationships
